Taiwanese AI-infrastructure company KONST Technology (康斯特科技) has an ongoing Series A fundraising process after completing an initial NT$96 million, approximately US$3 million, tranche led by ADATA earlier this year.
The investment was announced on March 26. Crucially for investors, Taiwan’s FINDIT startup platform states that the completed US$3 million transaction represents only part of a broader Series A fundraising plan that remains ongoing.
KONST has not publicly disclosed the total amount it wants to raise, a final closing date or the terms available to additional investors.
What KONST actually builds
KONST positions itself as an AI-infrastructure company rather than simply a GPU-rental provider.
Its business covers the infrastructure required to deploy and operate artificial-intelligence workloads: AI data-centre planning and construction, GPU-cluster deployment, compute infrastructure and ongoing operations. The company also develops Glows.ai, a compute-orchestration platform intended to simplify storage, migration and computing-environment deployment.
Its current commercial offering includes NVIDIA H100, H200 and B200 compute as well as enterprise systems for document AI, knowledge management, multilingual meeting translation and AI-factory digital twins.
That places KONST in a part of the AI market where demand is driven not only by model development, but also by the physical infrastructure needed to run those models.
FINDIT classifies the company across artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cloud infrastructure and internet services. KONST was founded in 2024, is headquartered in Taipei and lists Japan and Vietnam among its overseas-development markets.
Why ADATA invested
The March transaction was led by Taiwanese memory and storage company ADATA Technology.
The strategic connection is relatively direct. FINDIT reports that the companies intend to integrate ADATA memory products, including DRAM and enterprise SSDs, into KONST’s hardware architecture and AI-computing infrastructure.
For KONST, the relationship therefore provides more than capital. It connects a young AI-infrastructure company with an established hardware manufacturer whose products form part of the physical stack required by data centres and GPU systems.
The company has continued expanding its infrastructure activity since the investment. Its own website now describes services spanning turnkey AI-data-centre construction, GPU cloud, colocation and enterprise AI infrastructure.

The remaining Series A is not a public crowdfunding offer
There is an important distinction for prospective investors.
KONST’s ongoing Series A is confirmed, but there is currently no public investment portal, published minimum ticket, disclosed remaining allocation or public closing date. FINDIT describes the broader fundraising plan as continuing but does not publish the amount still being sought.
That means this should be treated as a professional or strategic investment route, not as an opportunity where an individual investor can simply complete an online subscription.
KONST provides a direct corporate contact channel, but neither KONST nor the available FINDIT material publicly confirms whether the remaining Series A is currently accepting investors based outside Taiwan.
International investors interested in the round should therefore verify participation directly with the company before treating the opportunity as accessible.
What investors should verify
The most important unknowns are now the terms of the remaining raise.
KONST has not publicly disclosed the total Series A target, remaining amount available, valuation, investment instrument, minimum participation size or closing deadline. Foreign-investor acceptance for this particular round has also not been publicly confirmed.
What can be established is narrower but significant: KONST has already attracted a strategic lead investor, the first NT$96 million / US$3 million tranche has closed, and FINDIT reports that this represents part of a larger Series A fundraising process that remains underway.
For SAKIME, the opportunity therefore remains Open, with participation available through direct professional engagement rather than a public investment platform.
